We had them clean our chimney. After that, the smoke kept entering into the room instead of going up the chimney when we were trying to burn woods in the fireplace. So we called another company to take a look at the chimney, and they pointed out that the flue liner was lifted all the way up to the top of the chimney cap leaving very little space for the smoke to escape, which means they pulled it up while they were cleaning the flue and did not bother to put it back down properly. Thanks to their careless job, we went through so much trouble trying to figure out what was going on, and finally ended up paying for more money just to fix what they broke. I cannot believe the quality of their job.
