false advertising unprofessional impossible to resolve disputes:

Rip off do not use! They will not do your laundry "same day" as promised. In fact i did not get a call for three days and i had to pick it up 20 minutes away from where i dropped it off. He did not weigh my laundry in front of me and i'm quite sure he added pounds to my total as i get fluff and fold every week and it's usually about 50 but this guy charged me 68! Plus he kept my fabric softened and a full economy size organic laundry soap!
