Of all the reports that I personally read from Chubbuck PD there are instances stating the childcare went under investigation twice for child neglect and abuse. These reports stated that the gate to the outside play area was open. Children have wandered to the main road, and someone driving by saw them. Not a worker from the day care. This scares me and I hope it doesn't take someone's child getting seriously injured for something to be done!! I was not surprised to learn that employees of this childcare facility are unprofessional. We had serious issues here! The owner also has a record of battery and disorderly conduct that you can look up on the Idaho State Repository web site. Serious emotional control issues have been displayed to various professionals on numerous occassions by the employees of this childcare. There are police reports stating that the Assistant Manager/ sister of the owner had difficulty restraining her actions on routine custody exchanges at the childcare with police officers present. She has punched boxes (there is a signed written statement from the owner admitting this behavior), screamed, and thrown inanimate objects where children were present. This lack of control in the presence of adults, officers, and children is disturbing. I would like to reiterate that all information provided in this review can be proven with police reports and the signed written admission of the owner. If that is STILL not satisfactory enough, I also have in my possession several audio and video RECORDINGS of the inappropriate behavior and lack of emotional control.

My husband and I were flashed by Tot Spot owner when we went to pick up his children on leave before his fourth combat deployment to the Middle East! She is also on probation for a year!! This was her third misdemeanor citation.

The assistant manager/sister of the owner is also very unprofessional and there have been multiple incidents where she was screaming and punching boxes at civil stand bys just outside of the child care with police officers present. The child care has gone under investigation twice for child abuse and neglect. All incidents can be pulled by requesting them from the Chubbuck Police Department. I am absolutely appalled at these women's behavior who make it their business to watch other people's children. I am sincerely concerned for the well being of every child at that center as well as their own children.
