Jay made a complete mess of my hair. Highlights were orange and brassy (he didn't even look under the foil to see if it was the right color before rinsing). I took in hairpieces so that a match could be made and warned that I wanted no brass/orange tones. There were blotches where the bleach was smeared near my scalp and that explains why he had to wipe with paper towel a few times to remove the spilled bleach. My "style" was greasy, flattened, helmet hair. What a waste of time and money. It had to be colored over the next day so that I could go out in public. Find out where former stylist Nathalie relocated and avoid Jay unless you want orange, smeared "highlights".
