Tough Luck Tattoos was founded in 2009, and is located at 5014 N Broadway St in Knoxville.

Russ and Jenn are the owners/artists. Russ was located at another shop for 6 years off of Clinton Hwy and has now opened up a studio that he works at full time with Jenn. We are licensed and certified by the Knoxville Health Department. We have a blast working in a clean, sterile, and FUN environment! Come on by and check out our new shop!!
