If you had asked me six months ago what I thought of tower 801, I would have said that it's not the greatest place but for the price its reasonable. Now I would say 'stay far away from this place'. It's amazing how fast this place has changed (for the worse). I used to live in a nice quiet apartment. Now I've got several neighbors that think this place is there frat house and they can make as much noise as they want.

I would STRONGLY recommend that you find a better place (metropolitan tower, the olivian, etc)

This used to be a great building. Since Essex took over this poor building has gotten dirtier and dirtier. now we have a new manager who seems to think that customer service is NOT part of her job description. Rude unfriendly and not at all helpful unless you sit there and insist. used to think that customer service included being polite guess it is not a requirement of this manager but the gals working under her try to be nice poor things. Guess the fact that the tenants PAY HER SALARY doesnt cut it with her. used to feel like this was a home...dont feel that way anymore.
