Town Computer should be out of business. They picked up my computer to fix the cd drive. They returned it without reconnecting it. When I reconnected it, I discovered that not only was my cd drive not working, but I could no longer get an internet connection. I called them to let them know, and they actually said that they needed my aol password to fix the problem. I said that was ridiculous and he yelled at me, first to say that I was lying, then to say that I never had an internet connection in the first place. Needless to say I took my computer somewhere else. When the other company's technician opened my computer, it was obvious what the problem was: someone had disconnected the modem, and didn't reconnect it. I called Town Computer back to let them know that I knew what was going and that I was going to report them to the BBB, he hung up on me. Then I received an email from him calling me a "stupid girl". I wish I could give them zero stars!
