Bad first impression:
On arrival after bad experience at Toyota dealer, nobody at the counter, but 3 mechanics outside garage smoking and talking. Saw me and another customer, none came in to see if we were helped after 8 minutes. Left office intending to take my Prius elsewhere, but decided to go back in and there was someone to help (finally). Work appears good, but overcharged for cabin air filter ($72 installed, found out could be bought for less than $10 and easily installed through the glove compartment). Paid more for 2 struts than I did for all 4 at a mechanic in CoSp one year ago. Overall, bad first impression, and in my opinion prices were high. And the air filter replacement was just pure profit to them. Probably will NOT go there again. (No problem with struts install) Giving them a 2 for doing good work, but value questionable, and first impression was not professional.
