My wife and I went to Toyota in Sunnyvale to buy a Corolla or a Camry. We were assisted by Jefferson Howery, who thoroughly presented us the characteristics of both cars, took us for the test drive with Camry, and answered all our questions concerning the two cars. In the end, we decided to buy a Camry. Jeff was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in, and he made our purchase of the Camry a pleasant experience. We would recommend Jeff to anyone who wants to deal with a friendly, helpful, and professional car salesman.

My wife and I were in continuous search of a brand new Toyota FJ Cruiser and have noticed that they were somewhat hard to find. Luckily we were able to find one at the Toyota dealership in Sunnyvale California with the help of a terrific sales person by the name of John Papadopoulos and Phil ...... of the Finance Dept, two of the Toyota Sunnyvale Sales professionals who was very courteous and accomodating at our time of need.

We purchased a Toyota Highlander and the sales person was Miguel Ibanez. He is a friendly guy and very knowledgable about their products. He is very thorough in his dealings with customers whether it is the price quotes, features or even follow-up with the customers. And all the other people we interacted with while @ Toyota Sunnyvale (special mention to Ryan Villasenor from the finance team) are extremely good @ customer handling and they do what it takes to make a customer happy. I am pleased with their service and would surely recommend them to anyone who wants to have a joyful experience at a dealership (which is rare :-))
