I friend of mine recommended that I go toTraveling Tikes to shop for my stroller. She said they carried a wide variety of strollers and that the staff was very knowledgeable. Well I have to say they have a great selection. They filled me in on the ins of the strollers I was interested in. They let me open and close the strollers and try them in the store. Very friendly staff. This boutique has a lot of great baby products!! I highly recommend this store !!

I ordered a Britax car seat. After 2.5 weeks I started calling and leaving messages to inquire about the status (they said it would be here in 5-7 business days in the confirmation email). Now, after over 4 weeks, they still haven't called me back to tell me where it is!!! When I call, I get a very static-y voice mail recording. It all seems so unprofessional/shady. Don't waste your time. I'm going to have to cancel my order now.

I ordered Britax car seats online. They did not give me any confirmation email at all for several days. They did not answer the phone either. At the end, I could talk, but they even told me different things regarding of the process of the order. I cannot trust anything whatever they say. Also their attitude is terrible. I have not get my carn seats yet. Do not shop here.

I went to Traveling Tikes to compare strollers. They had every stroller that I was interested in. The Bugaboo, Uppa Baby Vista, Quinny, and the Orbit. The owner was super helpful. She let us assemble and disassemble all of the strollers so we could make a good decision about which stroller was best. I had been to the Right Start, Baby Style and Tiny World and each of these stores only had one model to see. They were also not able to show me all the features or how the stollers broke down, or even allow me to roll the strollers.
The service was excellent. I strongly rec. this store.
