Named for a fortress in Cuba, Dominican restaurant, El Gran Castillo de Jagua opened in 1987 and offers the hearty cuisine of the Dominican Republic. Among the most popular entrées, one can get roast pork or the delectable rotisserie chicken, which can be combined with fresh vegetables or rice and beans, followed by homemade flan for dessert.
