Along the way, I’ve rented self-storage units in several different cities, from several different companies. They’ve generally been fine, but occasionally I’ve had a few minor problems. Trojan Storage is fundamentally different than any other self-storage company that I’ve encountered before. Trojan is frankly not a legitimate self-storage company, in my opinion. They treat customers very disrespectfully, and don’t seem to live up to important terms in their lease. Management is very unresponsive. When I speak with other Trojan customers, I find a great deal of dissatisfaction with this company. I think it’s fair to say that out of all the self-storage companies I’ve been a customer of over many years, Trojan Storage is by far the worst. Much, much worse. It may seem like I’m exaggerating, but I’m really not. Trojan Storage is really that bad.
