"Amazing dim sum" cart service at lunch is a big draw at this venerable Westchester Chinese, where the "fast" trolley-pushers are "stern" but "effective"; the rest of the "authentic", Hong Kong–style cuisine is similarly "high quality" (the "Peking duck is a worthy experience in itself") and prices are moderate, so few mind the "lacking" decor.
