My trugreen experience:
I do like that a phone call is made to let you know that a specialist is coming out to your house on a specific day. I am very please with how my lawn is shaping up from what it was like before. I still have a stubborn weed that keeps coming out to which I have called in about. TruGreen is responding to this concern.
