horrible customer service & online ordering experience:
OMG! what a horrible online ordering experience. I submitted my order online and after the order was complete I noticed that I ordered the general tsp's shrimp not chicken. I called the restaurant within 6 minutes of making my order to tell them that I made a mistake, that I am allergic to shrimp and to please update my order. I was told that the order was out the door already and they couldn't change it. First of all, on a Friday night how could they possibly have received the order, cooked it fresh, packaged it all up and had it out the door on it's way in 6 minutes? Second both people I spoke with on the phone were very rude. When I asked how it could possibly be on its way already, they replied they were slow and cooked it right away...but even though they were slow they refused to call the driver back and fix the order. When I said I would refuse to pay, the person raised his voice and started yelling (yes, I yelled back). I have never had such a bad experience ordering food anywhere. I would never try to eat there again.
