Either lazy or a ripoff - I suggest avoiding.

Went in with heating issue. Came out with $800 bill, a new radiator I didn't need and no heat.

Shop down the road diagnosed the problem a month later and said it was the "worst anti-freeze" he's ever seen. Somehow Tuffy missed that anti-freeze 30 days early.

Not helpful or apologetic when I called to inform them of their errors. Just another place taking advantage of hard-working folks. Go elsewhere or be sorry.
