Before Turbo Tubs, used a local hot tub "specialist" who could never keep our hot tub up and running for more than 3 to 4 months at a time. They even talked me into buying a new circuit board for over $500.
It didn't solve the problems. So we called Turbo Tubs and told them the problems. They came out the next day, replaced a $60 part and it's been good ever since. Can't believe we wasted over three years and $2,000 with the other guy.

Horrible service - won't try again... Made appointment for service 6 days in advance with a credit card required as a deposit for service.... no call the day of appointment by noon to tell me approximate time of day... I called to confirm and told later in the afternoon - after that no call - no show - no follow-up call... When I called the next day - NO APPOLOGY - ONLY EXCUSES... No anything except they would try to get out today... I told them don't bother... not waiting a second day... Look for other options
