after over haul my 95 celica st. new struts, inner rod, outer rod. brake rotor. come for alignment and wheel balance. 1st they said your tires are olds. 5 years. I said they old cause the car been in garaged for years after those tires put on then the car have not drive over couple years. they said I would have about a year or so then recommend to get the new sets. they price rediculous.I could get online for 1/3 of the price. anyway they did the balance and alignment. I paid $178 something. get the car home drive like s@!t.bouncing, pulling steering wheel not straight. call them up to setup the appointment, but they keep said leave the car there. I told them why can't I have the appointment so I don't have to ask people to come pick me up, we all busy, that what the appointment for? noop you eighter drop it off or wait until technician free then come take a look? but I can't tell you exact when it gonna be done. really? I don't have time to play this games with them. call them up next day. they said . if you come before lunch then my guys will take a look at it. I show up. the manager told me I need new set of tire before they could straight my steering wheel up. wasted my value times and money. Why would they still alignment and balance my car when they said the tire need to be replace? did they really do the job? I got 95% thread in the tires. they just old and some sign of cracks but not wobble or out of round. Very disappoint the way they do business here at Louisiana. I witness they don't even mount the alignment on all four of mine wheels at all! what kind of alignment is that?
