This is the LEAST professional TM&AT that I have ever encountered. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We scheduled our move three weeks in advance, confirmed the day before, YET the movers still showed up 7HOURS LATE!!They hurried our stuff into the truck- not wrapping much, stacking some, and even ripping open some of the heavy duty boxes. They damaged several items (as well as the walls and door jams of our BRAND NEW house). They assembled our child's bunkbed UPSIDE DOWN, and even lost two of the essential screws/bolts. Four weeks after the move, they have yet to address the damage they have caused (and documented themselves) and they have stopped taking our phone calls. We have had to contact the National Office in hopes of a resolution, and may even need to take legal action. I would not recommend this branch to ANYONE- unless you like empty promises and damaged property!!!!!
