Don’t ever use Two Men and a Truck in Lansing, Michigan. I had Two Men and a Truck in Lansing Michigan move the contents out of my home and into a indoor, climate controlled storage facility. When I went to have my items moved out of the storage facility a year later, there were many things broken, scratched and just overall damaged. The moving company that moved my items out of the storage unit said it was the worst packing job they have seen in over 20 years of moving. I contacted Two Men and a Truck in the Lansing location that I used and they basically had me jump through some hoops and have not returned my latest emails or calls, even after I initially brought in photos of the horrible pack job and damaged items. The girl I showed them to agreed with me that it was a horrible job and couldn’t believe it herself? This was, by far the worst experience I have had with a company that I can remember. I will never use Two Men and a Truck again and I advise anyone to not use them. Their customer service and moving services are horrible.
