Txoko is cool even by San Francisco standards, which is saying a lot for a city that basically defines itself with the word. The coolest of the cool? Let's not get carried away. But Txoko's dimly lit and moody atmosphere is complimented by its small-plate cuisine that will somehow simultaneously leave you satisfied yet wanting more. Crispy Cardoons with brown butter hollandaise, manchego, arugula, and Meyer lemon? Yes, please.
