Disappointed:
Very disappointed in our experience. We ordered a piece before the pandemic, and understandably it was delayed. But then in May, when their store reopened, the communications were horrible, the product arrived damaged, it needed to be repaired, their manufacturer ran out of fabric, we could never get a straight answer on timeline, and no matter how we tried to reach them and ask them for updates we were always chasing them down. And Tyner’s annoyance that we wanted clear answers was palpable. We have since canceled the order, and basically they kept $500 (deposit) from us for four months, and we are left with no loveseat. They are processing a refund, however. And the loveseat wasn’t cheap. BTW, we had tried to order a sectional from them five years before, and that item arrived damaged as well. We will never use them again.
