I went to get rims, found 2 with junk tires on them and I was told I was going to be charged $5.00 each for the tires (even tho they where junk) I told the guy I am not paying for junk tires he told me they can take the tires off for $5.00 each. So the only way I could get the rims that I spent 2 hours finding and taking them off the car was to pay an extra $5.00 each for bald tires or $5.00 each to remove them.
That is the last time I go to U-Pull U-Save in east Syracuse.They are thieves and this company lost my business and the thousands I spend there every year!!!!!!

When we first called, they seemed so nice on the phone! (wait til you get there!) We traveled three hours because they told us they had the part we needed and their prices SOUND great. You arrive to lines, pay some chump change to get in (what a joke that is), then you walk around because they do not even know their own inventory. We are adults. We are decent human beings. We expect to be treated as such. The people who work here are rude beyond words. Their warranty is not honored. It is a joke. DO NOT BUY IT UNLESS YOU ARE POSITIVE IT WORKS! What is more? They will pull it for you for a fee but it takes a week so do not expect any action any time soon and they cant take payment by phone so you will have to drive there, pay them, and come back. What a really c@!%!y establishment. If we had known they were actually charging admission (haha $1, are you kidding me? Is the management using this for their crack money?) we would not have come all the way up there. That policy alone proves what kind of place they are. The lines they have are caused by the sales they are doing selling off the many parts for cars. They have these sales which means if you are going there to buy something for a specific car it most likely has been stripped already for a sale and you are going to wait for the tons of people who are using this place to make money on Ebay. GO TO VINCES! Closer to us but even if it was farther we would drive to avoid UPULL's dirty establishment! Vince's was decent, they know their own stock, they are CLEAN and they are NICE PEOPLE and when Vince's says warranty, they mean it. Upull in Syracuse: used them one time, WILL NEVER use them again. HIGHLY UNRECOMMNED! I can only assume the those handing out the stories about a good experience work for this place and are lying to you!

Called to get a quote for my junk car, got a fair (better than the rest) price.
