Ok for shopping for beauty supplies, however, DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR HAIR!!!! I called and was told that Jaime could get me in for the same day to touch up my color and highlights. I was there for 5 hours partly because Jaime decided to take and hour and a half to cut someones hair while I was in the middle of my appointment. After she finally finished with that person, she took my towel off and my hair that had been brown with blond highlights was now as coppery as a penny! All I had wanted was my highlights touched up and some brown color put on the rest of my hair! Afterwards, she had the nerve to try to charge me full price minus 20% for what she had done to my hair (because according to her she had done color and highlights even though they didn't turn out anything like what I had asked for)! I had to go back the next day to have the manager try to at least make my hair look a little more normal. All she could even do to cover up Jaime's mess was to make my hair dark dark brown. Ridiculous!
