SCAM-They avoid your calls and don't send you the gift card.:
I could not be more unhappy with this company.
Windshield replaced 5/7/2012 over a month ago, windshield service seemed fine.... I was told I would receive a $100 gift card and a gift card for a massage in a couple weeks at the most. No gift cards, I've called for the last three weeks, leave messages with a girl that answers the phone, was told Justin would call back. I've spoken to a guy that answered the phone, and said he saw the notes on my account and would send me out the cards that day in the mail. That was two weeks ago. Last week I called and left voice messages on the general voice mail box because starting at 9am, 11am 1pm, 3 pm and 4pm no one answers the phone. Last week I got into my car and the rear view mirror was on the floor, the glue they used to adhere it to my windshield didn't hold apparently and now I've been driving around for a week without one. Let me tell you, it's not safe and actually got pulled over (with a warning) because of not having one. The cop told me I could go to Pep Boys or an auto store to buy a temporary one, he was nice. I left a message at 4pm on their general voice mail box telling them about having to drive around with no rear view mirror but it's not been returned. I have now tried calling every hour since 9am and it either goes straight to vm 480-463-4000 or if I call the number on my invoice 480-292-9206 it rings about 7-8 times then goes to the general voice mail box.
I guess the next thing I should do is call my insurance company and report them, maybe go to their head quarters in Tempe. Just thought I should warn you.
