This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. The only reason I gave one star is because I had to rate it, this company is not even worthy of a half star. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is the most unprofessional, unorganized business I have ever seen. If you want to take the chance of purchasing a home from them and moving into one of their communities (especially Suburban Estates) just make sure you know what you are getting into. If you purchase a previously owned home and work needs done it will not be completed after you sign the papers, make sure you can prove you made your monthly payment on your home or lot because they are so unorganized they have taken tenants to court over rent not being paid when it actually was. They pick and choose who they like in their community and just because another tenant does something and gets away with it doesn't mean you are going to. If they like you then they may let you do what you want, if they don't you get written up for every little minor thing even if it was you or not. If they don't like you they will also do what they can to make you leave the property and lock you out of your home that you may or may not own at the time and give you a very limited amount of time to leave. This is absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. Again save your money and save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to go!!! Pass this on and save someone you know from making the biggest mistake of their life!!!
