We have been without A/C all day, it is now 8:30PM at night and 85 degrees in my apartment, due to No Air. The management Team does nothing because they do not live her, “they’re working on it”. I have had 14 A/C service requests in the last year. When I moved in, it was all bills paid – then I was told that my electric/water/etc. extra would Never go over $150- & that there would be no late fees. My 2nd bill was $300. Everyone I know that lives here - Hate's it. It says “Sports court (outside)” on the website – although there hasn’t been a basketball goal there for months. Laundry Facility - it costs $1.25 for washer, then $1.25 for dryer. The residents have to fight over the use of them because there is about 9- pathetic. Walk-in Closets is listed on their website - ya right, maybe Walk in for a toddler. Dishwashers are Not in every apartment. Water gets Turned off most of the day a couple of times a month, sometimes you'll be notified first, mostly not.(And like prior posts, water is rusty color most of the time)
