I was greeted by two women at the front desk who were friendly, but when I went back into the room with the doctor she wasn't warm or professional as advertised in the 1st email I received from the Marketing Education Coordinator. She didn't smile, she felt kind of cold and during the ultrasound she took personal calls on her cell phone. She actually held the utlrasound instrument on my stomach for a few minutes while talking on her cell phone. If I had taken someone with me I might have been able to enjoy this experience . The only good thing that came from my visit was that I found out the gender of my baby.
