Avoid This Place!!!:
I am not a very critical customer. I have had many body shops experience, and by far, the one with VANGUARD is the worse ever!
I put my car in for a frontal damage in January. Guess what, it's May 29th today and my car is still sitting there. I've checked status about twice a month, and each and every time, I was told the car will be ready soon. I actually took a physical visit not too long ago, and I found new scratches that were not there before and my convertible top won't even open anymore!! I have been very patient with them but this is really the last straw. But you know what, there is nothing I can do!
