United Fence LLC is a business out of Hainesport NJ, that gets contracted through Home Depot Services to do fence installations. It is run by two brothers, Kevin who does sales, and his brother who manages the service and installation end of the business. The business then uses sub contractors to do the actual installation.
Installation was done in late November 2016. Originally over the phone they said they would handle the permits. They showed up without doing so and convinced me it can be done afterwards without a problem. Install was done, permit was received and questions came out about whether it was to code or not. Numerous phone calls and follow ups were done, without making great progress. Claim with Home Depot filed. Immediate response from Kevin. Finally Kevin who sold the job came out to determine if something was needed regarding being up to code on the permit.
We walked perimeter and I showed him what needed resolution. Ball was left in his court to schedule time that was convenient being a nice person about it now that ball was finally moving. Every time I need to follow up with him just to move an inch forward with resolution. Weeks go by and finally get a date for attempted resolution.
Service tech shows up, doesn't ring door bell, doesn't call, fixes a part of the problems and leaves. Message Kevin back and explain problem and he says that he is having problems getting answers since it not his side of the business, which is absolute b@!%!**#t, given his brother runs the other half.
Home Depot called again escalating claim and requesting reason why nothing was done about it.
Stop doing the bare minimum, take some initiative and fix my F-cking fence without me having to threaten you to do it.
