Since 1999, United Management Co has been providing Management Services from Brooklyn.

I have lived and rented at 110 Lenox Road (fFlatbush Brooklyn) for 4 years and was trying to be re-assign to another bigger unit at that location. I was informed by United Management that I would be responsible for the remainder of surrent lease as I move into the new unit which was two months and the new rent for the new unit along with the painting of current apartment at a cost of $ 650.00 .My current aparmtent was recently painted 7 months ago to which the super did a lousy job as sso they claim they had no knowledge of this paint job to which they approved. I have also within this year sustained bed-bug infestation in apartment to which United Management claimed no fault,no payments for purchasing of new furniture, loss of clothing, nothing as they claim it is not their responsiblity to which the whole building was impacted.some tenants being impacted on several/various occasions. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! rUN FOR THE BORDER!!!

Absolute worst management company I've ever dealt with in ten years living in NYC. They put you through the ringer just to sign a lease, then when you need something they ignore your calls or yell and intimidate you on the phone until you give up trying. Their landlords are useless, patronizing fools who'd rather yell at you than do their job. And when you've had enough, good luck getting your security deposit back even when you've fulfilled all your obligations, they hold onto it as long as they can and lie to you about it getting lost in the mail. Bed bugs, peeling paint, broken elevators, and on and on. There should be a negative star rating for these clowns.

We have had a terrible time in the 9 months at our apartment with this company. Our building is infested with bed bugs, roaches and ants. No one seems to care, everyone we have dealt with from the top down is arrogant and unprofessional, cannot wait to move
