Very Bad Experience:
Universal Carpeting is not exactly a customer-driven enterprise. They don't stand by their products or the installation. If you're prepared to pay for your carpets to be restretched (they offer a whopping one year warranty) at your own cost then they're the company for you. That's what they did to me. My carpet was just out of warranty and wrinkles started popping up all over the place and I had to eat the cost of repair with another company. They've earned themselves an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. Be sure to also check out how many times they've been sued on the Maryland Judiciary page before you buy.

The installer that did the repair was RW Flooring on Nakota Court and I highly recommend them.
