Urgent care that bills as an emergency room:

Went to the Urgent care with a simple complaint. Got put in their emergency dept. and treated for something I was not displaying symptoms of. They then mis-billed my insurance which they are not working with me to try and resolve. And I just received a letter from a collection agency for the deductible I did pay for. The staff at this facility don't know and don't care to help me resolve their mistakes. I am at my wit's end!
