University Park Apartments

We offer apartment-living that is geared towards students. We offer individual leases and all inclusive packages. We will work with financial aid as well. Our amenities are as follows: electricity allowance, water, internet, cable, free laundry. We also have a new gas grill BBQ pavilion, sand volleyball court, and clubhouse for all residents to use.
