Upper Chesapeake Surgical Associates

Located in Suite 201, Upper Chesapeake Bariatric Surgery Center focuses on weight loss surgeries for patients who are morbidly overweight. The associates are a team of three doctors, Dr. Amelito Canlas, Dr. Maryam Jaberi and Dr. Sung Kim. These trained doctors help their patients focus on life after surgery and how to be successful in their health, nutrition and exercise.
