Upper Valley Resource & Counseling Center

Upper Valley Resource and Counseling Center was established in response to the growing Substance Abuse and Mental Health treatment needs of Southeastern Idaho. Upper Valley is locally owned and operated and focused on meeting the needs of the residents of the Upper Snake River Valley.
