Watch Out For Hidden Fees at all US Banks:
I've banked here since they took over from Downey Savings. Wow, shocked at their business practices.
If you've had an IRA account you are used to the $10 maintenance fee every year and you accept it. I am shocked that they sent me a letter stating that their maintenance rates were now $30 per year. "Please return the coupon with your payment."
This is a first for me. Once you lock in an account you think you have a great interest deal and then they go and spoil it all. They give great rates sometimes but find ways to steal some back.
