So I spilled my Monster Energy drink on my laptop last month. Some keys weren't working and the frame rate in video games were terrible. I went here to replace the keyboard at least and he had to order the part from Samsung respectively. He told me the keyboard would come in in about 2-4 weeks and it's been way past that and I'm wondering to myself if I just got scammed. Stay away from this business because they charged me $27 for a diagnostic fee for somethings I already knew.
