Do you like Small Claims Court?:
Back in mid-September, 2015 I took my SAMSUNG television to USACO for service. I was informed by SAMSUNG that they were the only factory authorized repair facility in the valley. They were paid up front to diagnose the fault. A month later I called them to learn that they "had been burgled" and my TV was gone. They said it would take them a month to get a full list to their insurance. Then I learned that they never listed the items customers brought them for repair in the police report. If they even filed one. Here I am four and a half months later and I'm no closer to a resolution.

Do not use this company!:
So i took my 42" LCD panel in for service, it took them 3 months to just look at it. Then they say the panel is out and not worth fixing but that they can dispose of it. Well, i took the TV to another repair shop and the only thing wrong with it was the power supply. $100 fix. They lied to me and tried to rip me off. Do not use them for any service. Worst company in Vegas!
Orlando the technician lied as well.
