Zero Stars!!! Terrible Service and Customer Relations - Do not use!!!:
Holland scheduled a delivery for 7am - noon 6/30/11.
I called the dispatcher at 2pm and she told me my delivery was next.
4:45 pm - Received a call from a delegate (Pat) that was extremely rude, gave me excuses for delays and didnt even appologize.
Manager (Mark) would not even take my calls.
5:15pm - still no delivery.
5:45pm - Delivery shows up, damaged...refused delivery!
Delivery fee was way expensive to begin with, then lost a whole day of pay waiting for them to show up. Now I have to go through this AGAIN!!!
VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!
