Called this cab service at 7:15 am Monday morning to request a cab take me from the Warehouse District to the airport at 8:30 am. Talked to Tommy and was immediately told that would not be a problem and that he would be there. I asked him what the rate would be, and he said the exact amount I pay when I take a cab from the airport, which is a price that is pre-determined already -so that told me he was honest and not trying to rip me off. Nine minutes before my pick-up time, he sends me a text telling me he is downstairs and he would see me at 8:30. Talk about wonderful customer service!

The ride to the airport was nice as I'm relocating to Cleveland and Tommy is clearly very passionate about his city, recommending places to see and live. As the title says, I've stored Tommy's name and number in my phone and am forwarding his information to my fiancé who lives in Cleveland and takes cabs to and from the airport on occasion.
