Honest, hard working and really goes the extra mile!:
Steven was my consultant when booking a trip to Ireland a few months ago and the whole experience was great. Easy to deal with, funny and told me right from the start that he wanted to turn me into his "client for life"! I was slightly put off for some reason when he told me that but it only took a couple of phone calls before I understood why he wants clients for life - he got us a lower price that I had found but it included a suite and a private tour of the grounds by the hotel manager!!!! What a treat!!
