Don't buy where VMG is the Manager of the HOA:
Once again we have been let down by Bridgeport Homeowners Association-Valencia Management Group. Last night @ 11:00 pm I was awaken by the blaring lights of filming going on in the Island across the lake from my house about 50 yards from my house. The stage lights topped the highest tree and the roof tops of the houses around where it stood.
We were not forewarned by the City of Santa Clarita or The Bridgeport HOA about the filming and the use of intrusive lights late at night near our home. This has happened before.
Both times, we have notified to the Film production company, City of Santa Clarita Film department, Bridgeport Homeowners Association Board Members and Valencia Management Group. Nothing ever changes. The Film companies blame the city & the HOA for not notifying the homeowners. City Hall filming department blames the HOA and the film company for not following the rules of the permits. The sheriffs blames the HOA for not having better regulation on filming. Valencia Management Group passes it off to the Bridgeport Board Members to do something and the Board continues to allow filming without any over site and accountability of the City permit.
If you value you sleep, respect & privacy don’t move to this community! There are better areas.
If you are considering buying into an HOA community reconsider if Valencia Management Group is you HOA Company.
VMG doesn’t care to facility resolving community issues. It all about the money with them. Not the community they are suppose to service.
