For the sake of your sanity and in the name of all businesses that run properly- DO NOT USE VALET MOVERS.

This was, BY FAR, the WORST experience imaginable.

I did my research and had several in-home estimates for my cross country move. I was hesitant to use Valet because of their poor reviews so I asked Rhia, one of their managers about every complain they had and she reassured me that those reviews were special circumstances and then continuously to outrightly LIE about every concern I had to make me sign on with them. EVERY SINGLE item I addressed ie: extra fees, timeliness, changing trucks/companies as the items moved across the country, EVERYTHING was boldly lied about...

My items showed up 3 WEEKS LATE, and as a person who works from home, no office for 3 weeks, means no paycheck...

Valet Movers were the worst decision I have ever made, please learn from my mistakes!

Called Valet Movers in a pinch when I realized it was going to be engulfing the entire weekend I planned to move. They fit me in at the very last minute (3 days notice), only charged $100 per hour because it was a week day, and got the job done in less time than I expected. Plus the men who came out were super polite and cheery the entire time. They definitely made moving a little less stressful.

I called several other movers listed on the net and Valet had both the best rates and the best customer service job of setting up the move at the date and time I requested. We had to make a move out of city from Los Angeles to Vegas.

When the move day arrived, the movers arrived earlier than I expected-- at 8:30 in an 8-10 window. They worked really hard, efficiently packing my stuff and moving it from our apartment. Within the expected time they had loaded, moved, unloaded, and assembled everything. Thanks Valet Movers.

The guys from Valet Movers were great! We moved from a third floor condo with no elevator and they didn't complain once! The last time I hired movers, they complained so much that it became uncomfortable; it's just not needed when there so much going on during a move.

These guys were professional, so friendly, and efficient! I would use them again for sure and highly recommend them.
