Lawyer Andrew Vallejos was always available to me. He was very knowledgeable and determined to win by case in Immigration Court. The lawyer defended my case and won it for me and my family helping us get asylum. He also helped my wife get more money than the other lawyer she had for an accident that happened at work. I did roofing work for an unscrupulous General contractor. The Contractor refused to pay me the subcontractor, although I completed the work and several months had passed that he promised he was going to pay. The invoices were approximately $44,750.00. The Contractor even paid me with checks that ended up bouncing with my bank for insufficient funds. The Contractor refused my phone calls and my faxed invoices. When I got the lawyer Andrew Vallejos involved I was shocked just how prompt the contractor called my lawyer. My lawyer even received phone calls from the homeowners where I performed labor and supplies to complete new roofs and repair roofs. My lawyer never filed a lawsuit. My lawyer said he started filing liens and everyone was rattled up. But within 10 days I received certified funds for $49,685.00 that included attorney fees, interest, and bounced check fees. After I received the funds I found out that the Attorney General’s Office opened a case to close down the contractor’s business for several illegal activities and also found out criminal felony charges were pressed against the contractor for passing bad checks. I bet the contractor wishes he would have paid me before the lawyer got involved and it escalating to what it did. The lawyer used all the resources available to him. I am very grateful for the diligent and effective work that the lawyer Andrew Vallejos did. He is totally awesome and got me the results I wanted and more!!!!!!!
