I spent 3o minutes today (this was the time the vet was scheduled to see my pet) and listened to the vet complain how the phone company should give her credit for her bill because she was unaware of her contract, how cash was tight and she has to sell items on ebay, one of her staff asked if the items were even hers to sell. When I approached the vet about how I did not appreciate listening to these items she told me it was none of my business and it must be nice to have no personal problems. I once again made the comment that is not professional and I would not do this at my work or business she became very aggressive so I took my pet home. These folk are not pros they, they do not appear to care about the animals or the customers.
