Last Wednesday, we went to the museum and it was loaded with useful facts. Our favorite was of the history of Valley Center Road.
What julio enjoyed was the bear. The fact that the California Grizzly was extinct in 1924 is so sad because know we don't get the chance to even see one alive or in its natural habitat.

A few days ago we all stopped by the Valley Center History Museum for the first time. The staff there personally answered all our questions. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Located right in the middle of the museum is a huge stuffed grizzly bear, which is perhaps the most spectacular part of the museum. This museum is a must see for anyone who has ever lived in Valley Center or even San Diego County.

Going to the History museum was a great and inspiring event. Learning about the life changing history of Valley Center was a unique and fulfilling experience. The presence of a castle in Valley Center shocked us all and and we enjoyed researching it. Finding out that the largest grizzly bear killed in California happened in Valley Center was a real treat to know. And finally the great and enchanted Guejito Ranch was a treasure trove of info. that really helped with our research. The attendents were all very nice and always eager to fill our young minds with Valley Center's past. It is a great opportunity and an ideal experience for any person interested in Valley Center's heritage.

Last Wednesday we took an adventure to the Valley Center History Museum. At the museum Krista got scared of the giant stuffed bear located in the middle of the museum. James learned new things about Valley Center, and Sam had an interesting conversation with two of the ladies who worked there. We learned about Nate Harrison, and other various facts pertaining to our little town of Valley Center.
