Valtech1 Home Inspection SVC

I would not recommend Valtech1 home inspection services. At first, I was very pleased with the positive attitude and services of this company. However, they missed a mice infestation in my "sold as is" home. I contacted the company to inform them of this costly mistake, and I was less than impressed with the owner's reaction. He was very rude and made me feel like a liar. The critter getter company I hired mentioned that the burrows, droppings, and other evidence were there for MONTHS, at least. Considering he was hesitant to go into the attic during the inspection, I should not have been so surprised. Either way, I would have overlooked his very, very costly mistake if he had treated me kindness when I reached out to him. I would not recommend this company or their services to friends or family.
