I took my Ford Explorer here and had the transmission rebuilt, the owner said he would be in touch by the weekend; I had to call him the next Tuesday and was treated pretty badly and the owner expected me to know what was already going on (was treated like I was stupid for not knowing). Picked up my rig and not even 2 weeks later there is a leak in the back of the transmission; I call to notify the owner in which he accepted no responsibility and I had to twist their arm for a "promise to call when there is an available opening".... Once I am free and clear; I will never come here again!
