We complained about a tenant and their dog for a whole year (ever since they moved in). They did nothing about it as the tenant continued to not tend to her annoying dog that was a neighborhood nuisance. Delia did nothing, Taryn cared more and seemed more sympathetic, but did nothing either. Everyone who does not purchase a garage or covered parking space, parks in the covered spaces for free. (garages are $130, covered parking $35 a month) No one picks up their dog feces as there are doggie stations scattered throughout the apartments. 70% of dogs being walked by tenants do not have them on leashes. People are up all hours of the night and do not have any consideration for their neighbors. No matter how how much echo there is, they don't care. barking dogs, yelling sports fans, kids yelling starting at 7am 7 days a week. I've called the security so much that they knew exactly who i was. at one point for the drunk teens or drunk sport fan and friends, also the dog that used to bark for five hours straight (on average) we used to call the security (Archon) just about every night. All the problems started either 6-7pm at night. Why? Because all tenants knew the hours of the office on week days and weekends. i would never live here again. it's a little bit ridiculous when you live in very new, modern property, and pay an arm and a leg for rent. I guess that's how it is when renting in Apartments with terrible management. i will never recommend anyone to rent from this property management. I always thought Archstone held up their property to high standards, apparently, they only cared about making lots and lots of money. Can I blame them? No, but they definitely deserve to be bashed so others do not have to put up with the c@!p we had to deal with paying almost $2000 a month.
